Today I have been credited with a whole 8 points from an amazon order. Thing is, none of my recent amazon orders have been for less than £20 and at 2 points per pound something doesn't quite add up.0

So, I'm not complaining! It's like the ONLY time I won a quiz, about 50 other people on here did too - remember the Coffee Machine one? 2000 points, VERY nice! :rotfl:Signature removed for peace of mind0 -
Morning everyone, just a bit of a rant really!! I spent £330 with eBay before Christmas and Pigsback Customer service are trying to tell me that I only earnt 35 points for the transaction! As I am an eBay seller it is quite easy for me to work out that i should get 396 for the Fees that eBay have earnt x the 35 piggypoints. A certain lady at CS seems to think that 35 points is sufficient and continued to tell me that I must have worked it out on how much I spent? Which in that case would be 11550 points! How are we to know what we are supposed to be earning when CS cant even work it out! I hope that noone has missed out on valuable points due to this? It seems such hard work with PB nowadays, Im still waiting for Birthday points from beginning of December!!
I also got 35 points total for 3 individual puchases totalling 5 quid each.
I know its no where as near as yours but i dont understand what they have done.I really hope you get yours! keep at them!Zoe2020 Jan: storage box,£150 pots & pans, £50 restaurant voucher, dining experience,19 tubes of Pringles Feb: £50 food giftcard,0 -
I got google points too, hurray and checked my "subscriptions" and it said that if I do the daily crossword the winner gets 1000 points. Are they just too slow in updating their site or are we being conned again?0

Very slow. It had been 2000 for ages!Much of the social history of the Western world over the past three decades has involved replacing what worked with what sounded good. - Thomas Sowell, "Is Reality Optional?", 19930

Perhaps Curly himself is caught up in the current credit crunch?
