I've had similar in the past. I was told that my name was not on the file so I couldn't have any points. When I queried this they all but accused me of lying and said that they had checked their records and I had not been on the pigsback site on the day I was claiming to have ordered... a week later the points appeared.

I got the google most active points today for the second month in a row. I think it must be most active on pigsback.com in general, as I have never once used the google search itself.

I have 2 contracts up for renewal next month, and want to renew and get the most back if i can are there any companies other than Carphone Warehouse on pigsback

found e2save 3500 points per order, has anyone else used this and got points succesfully

I would go Quidco route TBH more options and cashback rather than the promise of points eventually if you pursue it :rolleyes:

Congrats all that got the google points, I didn't I only use Pigsback every day after all

Don't worry about it, I didn't get any either and I'm on PB every day as well

Similar experience, I chased up Love Film points for 2 months only to be told by Rachel I wasn't in the file they received from Love Film, after having sent confirmation emails back and forth. Also been chasing up Zabuka points but feel I'm getting fobbed off. Makes me wary of going through them to order anything as they don't abide by their own terms and conditions.
