I got a similar e-mail from pigsback as well re evil dad video, at least they listened to us and removed it. Unfortunately that little boy was still frightened in the first place.

Has anyone else had problems getting credited the 1500 points for booking with Virgin Holidays?
I sent the confirmation email off at the end of November, but still haven't been credited with any points.
I emailed Pigsback yesterday, so am waiting for their response, but wondered if anyone else had had problems.

Just checked my pigsback account and my 1500 piggypoints have now been added :T . Received an email from Rachel apologising for the delay. So it was worth chasing and now the boots vouchers are back in stock I am very happy!2016 is the year I am going to find time for me, and cherish the time I spend with my friends and family.It is also time to save - Aim £4,000 - So far this year - £230/£4,0000 -
excellent, nice boost to your piggypoint balance, Im desperately trying to build up my points for my Christmas fund 2008. Sad or what, but the boots and John Lewis vouchers helped massively last year........or should I say last month!!! They seem to have fixed the glitch, at least it's working now in IE at home, will try with Mozilla tomorrow.They've emailed me and basically told me to clear my cookies. I haven't done that yet because I tried the quiz at work, and managed to answer it, so I'll wait and see tomorrow. Or maybe they've fixed the glitch? :rotfl:
