Does any one know if there is a current offer of points on with cd wow?
Just had this email from Pigsback about CD wow. it doesnt say how many points though.
Apologies for this, I have flagged this with my colleague and this date will be updated, the offer is still valid and you can still earn PiggyPoints on orders placed with CD WOW via Pigsback.com.
Thanks for flagging this with us and if you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Wow!! you got a quick reply :T0 -
Yes might be worth putting in a quick order before offer changes.0

OK, I have a feeling this may be why PB is going down the pan slightly... I sent the enquiry yesterday, as you can see below giving the date the order was depatched and stating that it had now been over 2 months and I'd still not received my points. Now, to me, 2 months roughly means 8 weeks, which is more than 6 weeks. Right?
This is what I sent to them:
"Dear Pigsback, I am still waiting for points for an Amazon order which was placed on the 10th November and despatched on the 11th November. It has now been over 2 months from the date of despatch, I wonder if you can possibly tell me when these points will be credited?"
This is the response I got...
Hi,
Please note as per the Amazon offer page to allow 6 weeks for the PiggyPoints to be credited. If it has been longer than that, please forward me on the confirmation mail from the transaction.
Thanks for your e-mail,
Kind Regards,
Rachel
Slightly worrying? I thought that I made it quite clear in my enquiry that it had been more than 6 weeks!
I've now forwarded the confirmation email but this is getting silly as this is the 3rd enquiry I've made about these points, I didn't get a response to the 1st enquiry, the response I got to the 2nd one said that they were waiting for the December file (why? I ordered early November) and now this one. It does seem that they don't have a clue what's going on and I'm starting to get pretty annoyed...
Edit: This is what I responded before I forwarded the Amazon confirmation email
Dear Rachel, as I stated in the enquiry that you have just replied to, it has been over 6 weeks, hence me including the date (11/11/07) and the statement that it had now been over 2 months. I will forward you the confirmation email.**Thanks to everyone on here for hints, tips and advice!**:D

Has anyone else had problems getting credited the 1500 points for booking with Virgin Holidays?
I sent the confirmation email off at the end of November, but still haven't been credited with any points.
I emailed Pigsback yesterday, so am waiting for their response, but wondered if anyone else had had problems.2016 is the year I am going to find time for me, and cherish the time I spend with my friends and family. It is also time to save - Aim £4,000 - So far this year - £230/£4,0000 -
just checked my points and have been given 50points refund for the x-factor manager to win..
anyone else had this?'Children are not things to be moulded, but are people to be unfolded'0 -

Having read through carolinosourus' Pigsback's fiasco, has anyone received any piggy points for transactions with Amazon.
I did some purchases about 5 weeks ago and as yet I haven't seen any points, but it is too early to start chasing the points.
My points don't add up to much but it is the principle of the thing. I would normally have gone through nectar estores but I prefer to collect the vouchers from Pigsback.
Pigsback is going to have to get a better tracking system.0 -
Totally agree about the tracking system, I wish it was like quidco where you know within a couple of days whether something has tracked or not. I ordered something else off amazon in mid-december so I'm probably going to have to go through the whole thing again in a month or so!
**Thanks to everyone on here for hints, tips and advice!**:D
