Pigsback - Free Gifts for Clicks - Newbies Please Read the First Post!!

Same thing happened to me but with Riverbelle. Joined and paid in my money (which the bank also charged me for so even if I just withdraw I'm still £2.50 down) but never got a confirmaiton email and am being fobbed off by Pigsback.

I was wondering whether to keep on at them and say that it may be the case that my name isn't on the file but their terms and conditions don't say anything about my points depending on whether my name is on the file. I have done everything I should have done to get my points and can prove that I am a member and have paid into the account and it's not my fault their tracking is the worst tracking I've ever come across. No other cashback site that I use requests confirmation emails when you have a query they just sort it out - why can't Pigsback do that? :mad:

Wonder if you could start a small claims court case.

Just a thought but I am not sure how much it costs but it would wake piggy up.

Thing that makes me most mad (and please someone correct me if I'm wrong, I'm more than willing to be wrong) is that at least with Quidco they let you know up front that if they don't get paid you don't get paid which is fair enough and you just have to accept it because that's what you signed up for but with Pigsbacks they just promise things, set their terms and conditions of the offer and then spout out the same old 'not on the file' stuff when they never mention it in the offer.

Ok so I guess we all know that it works like Quidco but if they promise piggypoints and set the terms then why does it matter if we aren't on the file? The only thing I've ever seen on Pigsback which is kinda to that effect is when they put that points will be awarded when you are confirmed as a first time registrant but that term is rare as far as I've noticed.

Gosh haven't I got a bee in my bonnet today? - I don't know what happened to stir up this monster in me :rotfl:
