My goodness Pigsback customer services are hard work. I e-mailed them about my Foxy bingo points and explained that I did not get a confirmation e-mail for my registration.

Rachel e-mailed me back:
Thanks for your query.
We credit PiggyPoints based on the list of members that Foxy Bingo return to
us. I am afraid your details were not passed on to us by this partner. If this
happens we request a confirmation of registration email from the member in
order to verify their registration.

If you no longer have this you can request a copy from Foxy Bingo. If you
then forward this on to me I can follow this up for you.
So again I e-mailed her back and said I didn't get a confirmation e-mail but I have a screenshot of my registration. She has just e-mailed me back:
I am afraid I would need your registration e-mail in order to follow up on this
for you. I would recommend keeping all future confirmation e-mails until you
receive all due PiggyPoints. Apologies for any inconvenience caused, and if
you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Thanks for your e-mail,
Kind Regards,
Rachel

Is there something she doesn't get about me not receiving a confirmation e-mail:mad: How can I make it any clearer to her:confused:

• I have had exactly the same email re Foxy, I have emailed Foxy but not surprisingly they haven't responded, really cheesed off, was going to say to Pigsback that I would contact someone re false advertising but then I probably wont get another ct ever again - its £20 though and I feel really let down.
If it seems too good to be true, it probably is, unless its from this forum!

Same thing happened to me but with Riverbelle. Joined and paid in my money (which the bank also charged me for so even if I just withdraw I'm still £2.50 down) but never got a confirmaiton email and am being fobbed off by Pigsback.

I was wondering whether to keep on at them and say that it may be the case that my name isn't on the file but their terms and conditions don't say anything about my points depending on whether my name is on the file. I have done everything I should have done to get my points and can prove that I am a member and have paid into the account and it's not my fault their tracking is the worst tracking I've ever come across. No other cashback site that I use requests confirmation emails when you have a query they just sort it out - why can't Pigsback do that?

Sorry if that sounded ranty - I'm just very annoyed

Doesn't sound at all ranty, perfectly reasonable in my opinion - like you say, we've met all the conditions!
I'm not a failure if I don't make it, I'm a success because I :tried!
