Following on from my message sent via curly mail, I have received the following reply

thanks for your feedback.

The last time you contacted Member Services was before Christmas about Zubka PiggyPoints. We replied that we were waiting on a file. We credited PiggyPoints to your account for Zubka in January. For some affiliates like Zubka we advise on the site to allow 6 weeks for a PiggyPoint credit, but also that this can take longer.

Unfortunately this is not something we can control. For other offers who aren't affiliate we can experience delays; in these cases we will be pushing all clients to make sure that they send us the information we need on time all of the time.

Any offer before it goes on site, will be tested and tested again to ensure that PiggyPoints can be credited after a purchase is completed. Test purchases are carried out for the offers which need a test purchase before we put them live on Pigsback.com.
