Now if they could just manage to show our points pending............
A friend of mine at work was sent a "piggypoints bible" by pigsback the other day, which said that there will soon be a 'pending piggybank' for exactly this! They didn't send it to me though, so I'm not exactly sure of the details, but it would be great if it actually happens. :)

Just logged in to find I have won a quiz :j

I usually answer the quizes in the morning about 9:30am, my OH usually does his late afternoon or early evening, between us we have won 4 quizes over the past year as well as a bottle of champagne and a mobyko t-shirt, anytime I have contacted pigsback with a query I have had a reply within 24hrs, I have always got my points for purchases, sign ups and referrals, guess I am one of the lucky ones, I am not ready to give up on Pigsback yet.

Do you work for PIgsback? are you on their massive payroll?

Something seems fishy and it's not my fingers!

Just want to say I've always received a reply within 48h to my emails, and am very happy with their customer service. I was affected by the SWT problem, but all my points are back, and I've redeemed the rewards again. I would be really upset if I had lost points after the promo was over and they had erased some of the earned points, but all is back.
I don't like their tracking system and prefer Quidco, since there I can see what tracks and with pigsback I need to wait, but other than that they've always been corteous.
I agree that the CT are less nowadays, and it is becoming increasingly difficult to earn a voucher, but I was also able to get via quidco 10p for kelkoo, shopping.com and 8p for HST and not it is reduced to a maximum of 4p per day. My guess is the popularity of these sites has been bad for older users, since the companies do not pay so much per user now they had lots of people making clicks.

I thought I should share some words of support for PB.
