Well this week as it's half term I've been entering them around 11am as there's nothing else to do and it just so happens I won :D
Usually I enter about half 4 when I get home from school though and I've never won doing it that way.
    I smell a conspiracy :rotfl:

I guess now you will have to contact them via curly mail and not Email.

hmmm .... Curly Mail seems a pretty apt name these days considering how many twists of the "tail" there are to getting points, especially those earnt on time and without repeated emailing etc .......

Aaaargh you proposed to me and I missed it! Or maybe not! :rotfl: :rotfl:
  • I just sent the following message via curly mail......
Curly mail is all well and good, but when is curly going to get the tracking sorted out for those of us who have been waiting months for points? I have even stopped emailing now as all I get is a standard "we are waiting on conformation.....blah blah blah" Curly and his piggies have gone to pot and there are a lot of unhappy users out there.

I await your responses in anticipation.

lets see what standard reply I get now, or maybe I 'll get my account closed down for being sarky. Past caring now :D

I sent them a sarky e-mail too today after getting this:

"The PiggyPoints for your orders placed with South West Trains have been
removed. There seems to be an issue with this offer and the crediting of
PiggyPoints for valid transactions. Once we have resolved this issue all valid
transactions will be processed for PiggyPoint crediting."

I was well aware the points had been removed - that was why I contacted them in the first place, and if there "seems to be an issue" it is of their own making  .

Unbelievably poor customer service - especially as the points were replaced almost immediately after the e-mail arrived.

So now I have re-ordered the vouchers 11 days after I first ordered them. Quidco here I come.
I can cook and sew, make flowers grow.

If you use Quidco, make sure you have the same email for them that you have for the company you buy through. I lost a lot of points by not having the same emails last year.

I've also been chasing up my foxy bingo points.I told them I'd never received a confimation email and no of many others who didn't also.
I received a reply that they are witing for a file from foxy to confirm who signed up with them via pigsback and made their deposit.Only then would we get our points.Fingers crossed then.I won't be letting this one go though :)
lost my way but now I'm back ! roll on 2013
