Its quite simple for me, whenever I use Pigsback, be it a signup or purchase, I send the confimation email to a folder marked "Pigsback Stuff"
When I get my points, I move the email or delete if I don't need it, so the only mails I have in there are pending points, or ones that need chasing. It works for me, they don't get much by me!!:rotfl:July Grocery Challenge Budget £160

In December, I had major problems with Pigsback ~ to a degree my own fault, as inadvertantly I had opened more that one account ~ it wasn't deliberate, but they confiscated my points. A long story, but my computer had gone down a couple of times etc. Anyway, eventually after several emails, I got it sorted ~ as I told them, if I had been trying to rob them, I would not have left nearly £40 in points, and I would have been cashing them in immediately.
Anyway, when I eventually did get back into the account that I had been saving up on, I found that I had won 4 times in December. Couldn't believe my luck. I eventually claimed my vouchers and got one of the little pigs (I'm going travelling shortly, so it will go in the van with me ~ and who knows, it might win me some more).
I suppose the point of this post is that they do eventually sort stuff out, but you have to be polite, and stand your ground ~ unless you are on dicey ground like some who are deliberatly running several accounts.
Pigsback will only get paid by companies who are actually getting sales through them and at the moment the economy is in a bit of a slump after Chrismas, and the credit crunch taking its toll ~ everyone has to tighten their belts.
And before you give me loads of flack, I do not work for PB, nor have I any association with them.
One gripe I have with PB is their search engine for the companies that you can get points for. It would be so much easier if they had a proper list on companies, like Quidco, so that you can search directly to see if you get points instead of really having to search for the company first. I've emailed them about it, and they have agreed ~ does anyone else think the same. I really can't be ...... to trawl through PB it find the company I want to use first ~ if I am buying something, then that is what I want to do.
I know that I have bought stuff via Quidco, only to find by chance later that I could have gone through PB. (I've lost cash through Quidco not tracking last year as well). Maybe if more of us complain about that then maybe someone higher up will take note.0 -
