Problem with SW trains is how do you prove you booked via the PB link? I know I did, but not sure it says anywhere on my confirmation email!

When I had this problem they took my confirmation email and confirmed it with SWT who said I did do the transaction, took a few weeks to get the correct points but was worth the wait.

By the looks of it - it goes on the fact SWT will supply them with the booking reference found in the FAQ what to do if I haven't received my tickets. If it matches your email one then you get the points

I have been waiting since the 12th of December for a £10 boots vouchers and keep being told we will have them next week but still no voucher. Is anybody else still waiting?

I ordered my 20£ boots on 15th january and still waiting for them.....But pigsback saying they delivered it on 18th Jan itself
