i ordered some sw tickets but have not recieved my points, should i leave it for a couple of days or should i email them today?

mine always arrive next working day,(3 times now) i would query it with pigsback after 2 days

I didn't get a confirmation from foxy bingo either - very annoying.

suprised you got the confirmation, - lucky you I had a trawl through my emails and no confirmation for me.

I might send a screen print of my foxy account page, showing i have the account if pigsback decide to put a fight on this.

I've bought an ipod £130 this week and want to buy a new mac also for about £400. I could have got 5 piggypoints per pound from apple via pigsback but instead I went for the 3% from quidco. Despite being less, I decided on that amount of cashback, I wasn't prepared to risk it with pigsback. They need to get their act together with tracking etc. as I (along with many others) don't have confidence in them - even with confirmation e-mails etc. I've seen too many stories on here about people being fobbed off with standardised e-mails.

Do you think its pointless trying to write to them and tell them this??

I signed up to Foxy bingo i think about 5 weeks ago & still haven't been credited.
I haven't had a single email from foxy bingo though so there is no proof that i signed up through pigsback. I'm new to all of this & don't know what to do
