over the last year or so ive recommended lots of family members as i raved about this site, well today another has cashed in what they have left of points given them to charity and canceled there account .. they said to much hassle for to little reward... these are people who over the year or so have loved the site but as the rest of us got fed up fighting for points that they are due..

The last couple of SWT transactions tracked within 2 days rather than 24 hours, but I didn't have to chase them up.

I haven't had the points for the tickets I booked at the end of last week. It's very annoying as they are not essential journeys and we were only going because it seemed such a bargain. I emailed yesterday to ask about it but haven't had a reply yet. How long does it normally take for a reply to an email ? Is everyone getting the points eventually ? I have £30 at stake !

Just checked and i had my 7 points too!! Coulnd't get on internet to use pigsback yesterday - was having withdrawal symptoms!! That's bad!!

Looking forward to getting home to check the post tonight to see if my Arcadia vouchers (from 9th Jan) have arrived??? Fingers crossed......

Just wondering, when you buy something, say from Amazon or any other store through Pigsback. The amount of points you get back, is it the actual price of the product (say £20.00) or plus P+P so everything you have spent, so say a total of £21.50?
