  • Is anyone else having trouble booking through South West trains? I tried Friday and again today but it's not working.

Initially I get through the system, all the way to where I check my address and then it just goes straight back to the first page again.

I booked twice previously and it worked and I got my points the next day, but now I'm stuck!

    Any suggestions??

So much for next day points on SW trains - I emailed Pigsback to ask where my points are from a booking I made on Friday 1st Feb and they tell me the points are pending and I should have them tomorrow. That makes 4 days not next day - they don't seem to be able to count. I bet I don't get the full amount either
Not been here in years! Hi everyone. Make £10 a day challenge = £78.45/155

I only need 15p more for another voucher - I feel like I've been sitting on £9.xx for ages! come on curly!!

I have emailed to ask if HMV vouchers can only be used in store, or if can use online also, will let you know :D

I doubt you will be able to use them online cos they are Leisure Vouchers...not HMV vouchers

Whatever you do - do not deposit any money with this snide company. Myself and one other person have gone to watchdog about them. The other person depsoited money played bingo and now has £140 in her account - but they wont let her withdraw it as they have no means of paying out in the uk.
I have since been banned from the site for trying to help her
Gawwwd, I've got a balance of nearly £40 with them and was doing ever so well, I was thinking of withdrawing. (EB999)

If you email them and explain, then they usually will be able to do it for you.

Tried that. Here is their reply:

    "Hi,

Please accept my apologies, but I am unable to mobile validate your account.
Our mobile validation procedure can only accept UK or Irish mobile numbers.
It states in our registration process, in the personal details section, to advise us of the country you reside, the options given are UK, Ireland, or Northern Ireland.
These options are there because we do not currently have the facilities to process rewards for members situated in countries other than the UK, Northern Ireland and Ireland.
Again, apologies for any inconvenience caused.

    Kind Regards,

    xxxx"

At least they sound nice. But is there anybody in the UK that wil/can help me get validated??
