Just to say thanks for everyone who posts the quiz answers as I won 2000 points on a quiz last week.:j I've been on Pigsback for ages and this is my first win so I am really chuffed!

Just hope the range of vouchers improves... was thinking of getting Boots, but its a shame they can't be used online. You can use John Lewis vouchers online, maybe I will hang on until they come back.

Anyway you are all great! :T

Hi, don't know whether anyone can help. Pigsback say that have sent me two emails but I am not receiving them. I am receiving emails from things via their site I have joined. But have received nothing from Pigsback itself including newsletters etc, but more importantly I sent them emails and they say they have responded twice but I do not have them in my inbox. Not sure where to go from here.

What account is it for your email eg hotmail, yahoo?

Have you added their email address to your contacts incase its gone into your junk email box.

Whatever you do - do not deposit any money with this snide company. Myself and one other person have gone to watchdog about them. The other person depsoited money played bingo and now has £140 in her account - but they wont let her withdraw it as they have no means of paying out in the uk.
I have since been banned from the site for trying to help her

I would chase them again, tell them you have already checked with your local sorting office and it isn't there, as they use that to buy time, and they should send you a new one.

I got mine within 2-3 days of stamping my feet a little, and the supposedly sent first one has never arrived yet!

Don't want to besmirch the post office workers names, but it's easy to spot it's a PB letter if you are waiting for it and there is a fair chance it will hold something of value..... unless they could name the vouchers in some way so they were worthless to anyone except the account holder.... (but then couldn't give away as Xmas/Birthday presents!!)

I think recorded delivery would be a safer option for PB. The amount the must spend in re-sending vouchers would cover the costs surely, plus they send in such volumes that they would get reduced prices, i think recorded is much cheaper than special delivery (maybe extra 30-40p or something?)

i think they need to get there act together before coming to the uk and its bad that pigsback are promoting it, still dont understand how they can take our money but then say they cant pay back legit earnings (she gets off her soapbox)
