I bought some boots for my daughter for a Christmas present, but when they arrived the box was badly damaged and I e-mailed Office. They never replied. The phone number in their site did not work, I tried many , many times. It seems to work now. I too got through to customer complaints at their head office and told them about the phone problem and asked them to test it. They claim that it did work........I then asked them to make a note of my complaint, but they would not as they said the mail order/web side of the company was a not their department. I asked if they were a different company. "no we are the same, but the web side is a different entity". I asked what were to happen if they received an e-mail for the web department and was told that they would pass it in on. I asked them to write an e-mail on my behalf and 'pass it on. The refused. I was not even asked for my name, post code etc.

To sum up these are really good prices, but if you have any problems I don't hold much hope for getting them resolved.
  • I ordered 3 pairs of shoes a couple of weeks ago, and only 2 have turned up. Nothing from them to say that the other is going to be delayed. I've emailed them twice now and had no reply.

If they can't supply the third pair I hope I get a refund.

I ordered 4 pairs on 14th. 3 turned up on the 18th, and the last one should be here tomorrow (UPS tracking is great).

They sent me an invoice on the 18th for all 4 pairs so I emailed them as to the whereabouts of the 4th pair. No response as yet but maybe my email gave them a boot up the proverbial?!

My card still hasnt been charged for them, and it hasnt tracked through Quidco (yet) either !

As for sizing, the two pairs of flats Ive got are a touch small (1 is an 8 and the other a 6) but pair of size 8 snow boots are a bit big !!!

Good bargains, and the £3.50 delivery isnt bad when you consider price of petrol and parking these days

Where can I find a list of clearance stores in the London area? :(
  • ordered four shoes three weeks ago, only three came (an email two weeks later said the other was out of stock). Ordered three pairs of sandals (£30 reduced from £70+) two weeks ago and they still havent arrived...
That said, many thanks, the ones I did get were a bargain

No what it says on their FAQ's

I ordered three pairs of shoes in the sale at a bargain price. Unfortunately none of them fitted and had to return them at a cost of £10. Recorded delivery was £19.

I won't be ordering from them again
