Do people tend to buy one size smaller when they buy boots? I bought a pair of hush puppies boots from a catalogue once, and the size 5 was too big (that's the size I take in flat shoes)0

Hush puppies are always a bigger fit, I would buy my normal size for boots0

Can anyone tell me how office shoe sizes compare with other brands.I usually need 6 or 7 depending on the make and can't decide which size to order .
