If they dont fit properly, can you return them ?

You pay postage and get re-imbursed once the item is back on their stock sheet.

I always choose a size larger for high heels as then there's room for an insole! Comfort is the ting:rotfl:

Just got a pair of Clogboots for £10! wanted some for ages:j

  • Went to the clearance shop in Manchester yesterday and got a pair of Leathe Levis trainers for £10 from £55 and a pr of Office summer sandals for £10 from £25 and it was BOGOF so just £10 for both.

Got loads of ladies from £5 and still BOGOF so u can get 2 for £5
  • Just looked at the website and most of these shoes are in the clearance shop so if you got one near you then pop down there you will get 2 pairs for the price of one

Just thought I'd let everyone know that Office's website is even less reliable than Marks & Spencers or Debenhams.
I placed an order for 2 pairs of boots and 2 pairs of shoes and only one pair turned up which cost £5.
It took me 20 minutes to get through to their HO as I was kept on hold on a 0845 number.
When I finally got through the nonchalant telephone operator said it wasn't likely that I would get the other three pairs.
After you place an order on the website it contacts the stores showing the shoe/boot is in stock and request them to send them back to the warehouse.
Stupid system because understandedbly many are sold out by the time the shop gets the 'message'.
I complained that if I knew my £50 order would be whittled down to just £5 I wouldn't have bothered cos the postage was £3.50.
He said tough cos it's in the T & C that orderes made from the website were not guaranteed.
    I'm fuming.
What awful service, at least Marks apologised and gave compensation.
