Unlocking Question (Nokia 3510i)

Bought a Nokia 3510i and unlocked it from T-Mobile for Orange - great do far...........

Does anyone know how to change the internal phone number in the phones, i.e. I now get a voice mail on my Orange account but if I press the "Call anwerphone" option on the ex-T-Mobile phone it obviously dials the T-Mobile answerhone telephone number.

Anyone any ideas? Can I replace the number to dial with the Orange answerphone number, or am I just stuck with it and need to program in the Orange answerphone number?

If you go into 'messages' then 'voice messages', then 'answer phone number' you can then change the voicemail number.

lots of threads on here for sites that generate the unlocking code for this phone its very easy even i did it!!!

just paid uniquephones.co.uk to sent me the unlock codes, they said try codes 1 and 7 first so i did but did not work, tried another 2, did not work. now left with one chance to enter the correct code before it has to be unlocked by cable at a shop, any advice?? >:(

phew not entirly stress free, downloaded some sort of calculator thing that i could not make any sense of, however went to the forum and simply asked for someone to generate the code for me, stressing that i had already entered 4 wrong ones and had only one last chance to get it right before the handset siezed up and heyyyy presto, some nice dude got me the RIGHT code and the phone unlocked beautifully :-)

Ok, thought I'd post another question relating to the 3510i.

Unlocking from T-Mobile was easy, reset the Voice Mail phone number to Orange and missus cloud_dog was happy as larry (wish I knew why larry is always so happy).

Now she decides she wants to buy some ring tones (99p from Play.com). So she gets the ring tone text message in her System Inbox. In there I get the option to "retrieve". Makes a wap call and fails with no carrier.

Looking at the setup configs for the existing O2 I need to configure:

Home Page (have assumed): http://wap.ortange.co.uk
GPRS Access Point (O2 is) : payandgo.02.co.uk would it be "payandgo.orange.co.uk"
IP Address: (need to find this out)
User Name (O2 is): "payandgo" would it be the same for orange.

Anyone who can offer me any asistance / info ???
