However, the camera ONLY activates when the light is at red. This is due to the circuitry inside the system (it is linked through the control box) so he/she could ONLY have gone through the lights at red. Ina ddition, most cameras also capture as part of the image the status of the farside light (similar to capturing speed limit signs ogn speed cameras.
Unfortunately, red is red regardless of when he/she went through. Whilst I totally sympathise, I think the OP will find it VERY hard to appeal.It is not the bullet with your name on it, rather the one addressed "to whom it may concern" that should worry you!0
