Hello,
Just thought I 'd update you on what's happened. Well I thought I 'd give e2save the benefit of the doubt and called back to see if I could speak to someone reasonable and low and behold I did!
I told them I'd taken some advice and had my t&c's checked and that as my connection date was 30th july i had fully abided by their terms and had submitted a valid claim which should be honoured.
The guy Chris I spoke to asked me to fax my fisrt bill and the relevent "120 days" bill to him and he would pass it directly to processing - he has emailed me to advise me this has been done. I will now ask for a date that I should receive my cheque by...if not it's back to the drawing board and the LBA...
thanks for all your replies and advice and I will keep you posted..0 -
I've actually had a couple of responses from then in the last couple of days. I still wonder if they're merely utterly incompetent and stupid - but also find that hard to believe. If they are it starts at the top. Having been messed around previously on one of my contracts I won't give them too much rope now. The fact they replied in writing is a good thing - draw the line if they demand you send anything AGAIN though or they'll have you dangling until you drop or call (as in poker - I never use the phone to speak with them now).0
