My thoughts are with you. Gave up new years day this year and i know how hard it is.....11 days now.
Coping on chewing gum and will power......It gets a lot easier after the first week but early days.

well done I wish I could give up been smoking since i was 16 and am 28 now and just find it really difficult i am waiting for a appointment for the stop smoking clinic at the doctors to see if i can go on that zyban, as i have tried patches and they burn my skin.0

my mum in law died 3rd jan and on her death certificiate it has smoking on as well as other things..... so i have brought the paul mckenna hypno cds.... dont know if any good but wanting to stop.... seen someone suffer who cant breath due to bad lungs..
