Three Valleys water meter - 2004 bill request.

If anyone has a water 'meter' bill dating back to 2004 and the number of the water meter starts with the number 06. I would be grateful to know as I am in correspodence with three valleys who have said that my water meter was fitted in the year 2006 ie. water nos. 06 *** but I know it was fitted in 2004. Or anyone which has a bill showing the two aren't related ie. fitted in 2005 but meter nos. is different.
