Hi all- I use the wellhung meat co. every month- if I'm a bit skint I order the well thrify box (£42) which provides a meat meal every other day for 4 for a month- if I've got a bit more to splash I order a more expensive box.
Got this in an email if anyone wants to try them:£10 off Monthly Meat boxThe Well Hung Meat Co. uses traditional butchery practices to produce award-winning meat and is the only online organic butcher who deliver to the whole of the UK.
Order their monthly meat box at www.wellhungmeat.com or call 0845 230 3131 and receive £10 off your first box when you quote the promo code NEWMMB09

I use the butcher near us ( Stockbury in Kent ) ab fab!
But, I have used Riverfords, and I have to say I was very disappointed with the meat. The chicken was no where near what I can get at the butchers, sausages were very lacking in flavour and even the beef mince wasnt great,
I dont know if its different suppliers for different areas, but I shall not be using them againKent Bird!:beer:0 -
I used Devon Rose for the first time this month and the meat has been great (I wanted to try nitrate free bacon and gammon). I will definitely be switching and using them regularly.
When I signed up as a new customer they gave me an introductory discount code to use so this might be a standard thing. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0
