visit www.java.com do you see the applications/animations/games running on that page ?

If not click on "Do I have java ?"

If you do - in IE goto tools menu >> internet options >> advanced tab >> scroll down and ensure a tick is in Use Java ver .... then click Apply and okay to close. Try your link again. Good luck ..

Are you selecting a Seat Block - "coloured square " on the right - that threw me at first - just had a white box... but the seat came up when I selected a seat block ...

have you restarted your pc recently - since the changes ?

On tools menu >> Sun java console - any error messages ?

Tools menu >> internet options >> programs tab>> manage addons button >> scroll to the Java Plugin 1.6...... is it enabled ?

I ask you to set that in post 12 ....

Next I have to ask for you to check what security levels you have set - Tools >> options >> security tab >> select "internet" in the box of zones - what level do you have ?

As a last ditch thing - add the site www.boxofficeaberdeen.com to the trusted zone, untick the https box and set security level low - so you don't miss the tickets ....
