Need Help with a new contract problem

Hi
I need some help for my mother in law.
She is on an orange contract and was negotiating a new contract with them when she recieved a call from a company called "the mobile point" who have phoned here and basically talked her into getting a new contract through them, however the new contract is with "three".
Now my mother in law is a little hard of hearing and in her 60s and did not fully understand that she was changing companies. She just assumed the caller was from orange and went ahead and agreed the contract.
She had no idea that people would just ring up and offer things like this out of the blue.
The package arrived over xmas but she was away visiting family over xmas, and a lodger took delivery and just left it in her room for her. She has got back today and opened the package. Now the 14 days grace period is up but she really does not want to be with three as she was with them some years ago and they were awful to deal with, so ditched them.
Is there anybody she can contact to try to resolve this, maybe somebody high up in three. Three's CS is awful and I can not understand a word they are saying so really need to speak to somebody who at least has a grasp of the english language.
