  • Ok I had the same question about dapw so i tried it. I am so glad I did. I ordered a new hungarian duvet and a wool fleece topper. I was a bit worried because their prices are a lot cheaper than the white company, more than half. The items arrived the next day in recycled boxes and are simply wonderful. I am converted. In fact I have now bought some more for the spare room. Would definitely recommend their products.
  • I've used them twice, ordered a king size silk duvet and am really pleased with it, very good quality and arrived within 5 days.

    I also ordered some other items and they arrived quickly, well packed and once again good quality.

    I will use them again and have recommended the company.

    hello can someone see if the code NVC50P works when ordering New White Goose Down pillows, medium first support should be £45. Valid until 30th November (today!) and should be 50% off.

    It worked once for me last week on Saturday but I didn't have time to order, have been trying ever since but no joy. I got the code from netvouchercodes.

    edit: think it might just be on the medium pillow and now the medium firm

    I purchased twice from this website, both times silk duvets and silk pillows. The second time around my mom came around to find a different website (sorry, can't paste the link as I'm a new user) where all of these products are much cheaper (even when DAPW offers their with 20-25% discount).
    So I've contacted DAPW requesting to price match (they seem offer it on their website) and forwarded them the links to the products I bough. After several emails, call they kept asking me to provide those links like they never actually read my email. So after few weeks lady assured me that she is going to refund the difference but kept quite about 5% on the top of it as they offer it themselves. I emailed back, and the next day she confirmed that she refunded me the difference plus 5%. Well, haven't got any refund yet at all and emailed them back today. Let see what excuse they will find on why these money are not yet on my account.

    Ordered today from their competitor and hope it will be fine.
  • Had a simple fault with a new item customer service poor fobbed off for weeks repaired it myself in the end shame really good product.

    Not nice being fobbed off by someone titled 'Lord of Laughter' when all I wanted was a little 'Customer Service'

    I'll personally never buy from them again perhaps thats a 'laugh' too!
  • A dated thread but a place to complain:

    We have been waiting for three days to get an order where we paid for next day delivery. Excuses like, we forgot to send it to the warehouse and there is a problem with the courier. It is also impossible to get hold of an advisor and you have to leave a message... rant over for now....

    Bought the most expensive duvet cover we've ever bought and tried feather and down for the first time. Used it for 6 weeks (well half of it as its a dual all seasons quilt and we haven't put the additional layer on yet). The quilt is well made and looks good but I'm not happy with it and DPw won't give an inch on the problems I'm having. I know feather duvets do rustle a bit, but this is ridiculous. It keeps waking us up every time one of us moves about. The lady at DPW says they are all like and it's just that we aren't used to feathers that but I've noticed that its actually the cover that makes the noise and not just the feathers. It's like. Glazed coated cotton at looks good but if you shake the feathers down it makes the noise all by itself when you move it. They won't have any of it. They say no one has ever said anything like this before. If people had had this duvet they would have. And there is no negative feedback whatsoever on their website for this particular duvet. Again, which I don't believe. I think they vet their reviews.
    A shame because it could have been so good. Bought another synthetic duvet now as I don't want to make another expensive mistake. And not from DAPW.
    I just wanted them to say they would collect my quilt and check it out and see if it was a batch issue or something or offer a solution ie to dry clean it or even a small discount off a new different one. I wasn't even after my money back, just some help.
  • Have you tried a silk duvet? It's brilliant, no noise, no too hot or too cold. We had a down duvet for years, and at the end we've got used to its noise, but once we switched, no looking back. Same goes to pillows.
  • I placed an order for the value of £154.06 on 27th June 2013 with standard delivery, on the 4th of July I got an email that order had been dispatched. It did not arrive, phone contact is impossible, there is always a recorded message saying that all their agents are busy with other customers. I emailed them and got a reply asking for my address (why did they say that the order had been dispatched if they had no address to sent to???) I have now asked for a refund hoping that I get one. In the maeantime I am still getting emails about their offers and wonderful products.
