Why, are you going to ask him/her for a Handbook for your car?:)0 -

This is obviously a design fault and someone somewhere should be thinking of a rectification because driving without screen washer jets is very dangerous
Also from the first time I filled the washer bottle up I always done the mix approx 50:50 !!!!

well mix it stronger than 50/50 then, put it in neat if you have to. don't hold the washer jet button on when nothing comes out when its frozen. a few quick presses should help determine if its frozen or not.
these citroens have rubbish washer jet pumps, very common failure,so maybe save yourself the hassle of getting another rubbish one from a dealer under warranty and look for a pump from something better that will fit the reservoir. i've got a focus and can recommend trying one of these,my fuse has never blown and the pump has never failed,so see if this will fit. same for my transit....work permit granted!0 -
I really hope someone can answer this for me.
I've had no washers working since before Christmas. I think it's possibly the fuse that's blown however, try as I might, I cannot get the clip to undo on the fuse box. Does anyone know if there's a special tool for taking it off as I've tried just about everything to get into it. I'm really reluctant to take it into a garage just for a simple fuse replacement.
Many thanks in advance.
