Just made the battered sausages. Bit of a mess, most of them stuck hard to the fryer basket, resulting in batterless, mushed sausage. One that came out ok was nice though.zippychick wrote: »Hi Joffy666:hello:

Ohhhh! As far as I know, you don't use the basket - then they have nothing to stick to

Joffy - found you a video link showing how they do it for battered cod - they don't use the basket to lower the item in - go to about 3-20 in and it shows them battering the fish, and then putting in the fryer at 4mins - hereA little nonsense now and then is relished by the wisest men :cool:
