Hi, guys, hope you can help me,,there are 5 families of us who want to go in the same park at the same time, kind of friends and families holiday but the thing is I dont know if it will be possible to do that since it is a only up to 8 people are allowed in one booking?
Do you have any suggestions on how we can do this? All of us 5 families are collecting the tokens. It would be really fun to have a cheaper holiday like this if it we can do it.:T
Hoping to hear from you.. Thanks!!

we have always put all of our applications together in the same envelope, with a covering letter saying we all want the same holiday if possible. most of the time we all get what we wanted, but one time we all got them returned to us. if yours gets returned they send a checklist of which dates and which parks are available. you could call and see if all 5 can have the same holiday but you might have to be flexible with dates.
if you all go this year you should all get priority forms for next time, and you will be able to book online for exactly which date you want. i did 3 online applications this week for me, mum and sister and then today i did a 4th and managed to get the same park for my brother. so we have 4 families on holiday together, it is possible.'bad mothers club' member 13

Also hoping for an upgrade option for Skegness. Went over Xmas but was Gold accomodation. How basic is standard accomodation, we are half board.Jan Grocery challenge

hi, phoned them this morning and they said we can only try but no guarantee, so it's a bit disappointing. So, let say we only put one park and not all of us had been booked, can we cancel it and get a refund since not all of us can go?
Thanks for your reply,,0 -
NO ! you only get your money back if they cant get a holiday on the date/s & park/s you request
if they give you something and you change your mind about going, you do NOT get a refund !0 -

brilliant value for money even though we usually upgrade. which gives us the usual mod cons, central heating (which if cold can be left on all day and is great for drying kids towels!!!!!)

Hiya, can you remember how much it usually is to upgrade? We are going to Pontins and would like to upgrade to Club class but when I phoned the other day she couldn't tell me as the details weren't on the system.
Thanks

Hi I think it depends on the park you go to, also what you upgrade to.
We upgraded once in Woolacombe a couple of years ago wasnt mega bucks else we wouldnt have done it, but as to the exact amount mmmmmmmmmm cant remember...Sorry

Ok thanks, I will try again later in the week, we went to Southport Pontins on the freebie holiday last year and were in Budget accom so would rather upgrade, its not a biggie tho if its too expensive!
