Off to Butlins at Skegness for Easter weekend. Would love any info/tips about site and area please.
Many ThanksJan Grocery challenge
Budget £350 - Spent £64.45 to date0 -
24th of March, Tummel Valley.
If anyones been before, do you get a caravan with heating in the bedrooms? and how big is the park? It's our first time with Park Dean it'll be interesting to see how they compare to Haven. As long as it keeps my three wee ones happy.......0 -
Berwick for us - I saw someone else slate it but we like it.
We like being able to wander in and out of the town when we feel like it, and it also has a wee beach if you're lucky with the weather.
As well as our 4 year old I will have a newborn in tow by then (due mid March) so will upgrade to gold to get the heating but still a lot cheaper to start with a sun booking.0 -
Kessingland for us, we have been before several years ago when it was a haven. I am a bit concerned I might get a chalet not a caravan, but it will be may bank holiday so who cares, we wont spend too much time in the chalet anyhow.
I can recommend wild duck and hopton haven sites if anyones going there we had great times at bothAlways on the hunt for a bargain0 -

Going 4th July to Haven at Presthaven Sands.
Been twice before and really liked it, both direct through Haven though, spent more time going into Rhyl than actually on site so not sure whether we will be buying the passes or not yet.
Our last Sun holiday was with Pontins at Prestatyn and it wasn't as good as Haven in my opinion.0 -
booked a weekend at caister for mum and dad with the sun. only using it as a base as we ahave relatives in the area. it was cheaper for us to book through have though and we get an upgraded caravan .

Hi all, we are going to Southport Pontins in October half term, can't wait. My little girl will be 1 1/2 by then and hopefully walking. We went here last July with the freebie holiday and weren't too impressed with the accom but everything else was brilliant and its only a 5 min drive to Southport. I am gonna upgrade to club class I think tho.
Sazziecee - I live in Rhyl, when was the last time you came? You will notice a lot of difference if you haven't been for a while, and the fair has gone now but the promenade is lovely and there is a new paddling pool which is great!0
