  • My partner and I haven't received our £10 vouchers. I ordered one on the 25th, as did he, and I ordered another on the 27th. None of them have appeared yet. My partner ordered another one yesterday.

I am still waiting for Ebay points and the piggy poker tournament points. I won a bet with Big brother for the winner last night. I wonder if I'll get those ! I did receive the 200 points for the lightspeed survey though

I won the eviction last week of Derek getting the boot, it took about 5 days for my points to be added.

Recently I thanked people for posting answers to quizzes after I won the Rustlers 1000 points quiz. I still haven't been awarded the points. I have emailed them, but no reply.

Secondly, I ordered a £10 Love2Shop voucher on 27 July, and received a confirmatory email, which included this:

"Due to high demand (these are popular rewards!) we temporarily ran out of stock. However, you’ll be glad to know that we’ve ordered more and your voucher should be on its way to you in the next couple of days.

I'm still waiting, but I have not emailed Postmaster.

Edit: I have just realised that I have had an email from Lightspeed since my sign-up to them, but have not received the PiggyPoints for this, either. Nor have I received the points for my eBay sign-up and first bid.

    Hi droopsnout
You've probably already done this but, did you click on the confimation of joining link in the Lightspeed email?

it says Delivery Details: This reward will be posted to your confirmed address. Please allow 14 days for delivery. If you have not received this reward after the 14 days, please contact your local post office.

I think it should be PIGYBACK.COM that should recover this and not us!
Afterall, they take 1150 points for a £10.00 voucher leaving £1.50 for p&p?
  • I got my Natasha Bedingfield CD from CD WOW today, thanks Pigsback! Not had any vouchers in the post here yet though :-(

    Sparky,

Thank you once again for your advice. It made me check my emails from Lightspeed, and indeed there was one regarding my sign-up. I don't remember too well (had a very busy fortnight) but it is possible that I didn't click on any of the links in their "Membership of The Lightspeed Panel" email.

However, the links provided in that email are for "My Household Survey" and "My Lifestyle Survey". They are covered by one link.

The only other links are to the apparently non-existent Lauren (who is also the person to whom French panel members are invited to write).

Anyway, I have just logged on to find numerous surveys awaiting my attention!

    Thanks, again!

I phoned pigsback about it yesterday. The woman who deals with it wasn't there, so she's going to look into it on Monday. Hopefully, I can get something sorted out. Between my partner and I, we're missing £30 of vouchers. As said earlier, he ordered another yesterday, but obviously that's not expected yet.
