I think it's just 14 days, well, that's the impression I got from the below paragraph from the Pigsback rewards FAQ;All other Rewards including vouchers, Pigsback.com merchandise etc. will be posted to your confirmed postal address. Please allow 14 days for delivery.0 -
I contacted Pigsback as I requested my £10 love2shop voucher on the 28th. Here's the reply
Thanks for your mail.
Please note that your Reward has been posted within 3 working days of the order process date (30th July) and will be delivered within 14 days. If it has not arrived by next week please contact your local post office and let me know of the feedback.
Kind Regards,0 -
Well that dont make sense,if it was posted 3 days after you ordered it ,it should be with you by now.I know royal mail are slow but not that slow (unless its lost or a postman has got sticky fingers,or they have not actually sent it out at all).
I think they are saying anything to shut people up,and what the hell are they doing telling people to contact the post office, its up to them to sort it out.
I am still awaiting a £10 voucher ordered on 25th July.sent them an email but still waiting for a response.I aint gonna hold my breath."Life is not measured by the breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away."0 -
i also didnt recieve a 10 pound voucher from them, thats why i now only ask for cd wow vouchers, they seem to arrive in my emails pretty quickly, and they cant get lost in the post...sorry iam a bit paranoid about things going missing in the post, its happened quite alot to me recently.0

Well I agree its not up to the individual to contact the PO. I used to work for PO, and if anyone rang asking for there mail, normally the answer is that all mail is sent out upon arrival from there main sorting office. If its standard mail then there's no way that you can trace this mail. I think that this is an excuse to shift the blame on there own incomptence, it sounds like they are delaying sending these out for some reason.0

Neither I nor the OH have received £10 vouchers we ordered on 25th July
Pigsback? More like Pig's ear so far :rotfl:
(No doubt that'll get me deregistered)

Recently I thanked people for posting answers to quizzes after I won the Rustlers 1000 points quiz. I still haven't been awarded the points. I have emailed them, but no reply.
Secondly, I ordered a £10 Love2Shop voucher on 27 July, and received a confirmatory email, which included this:
"Due to high demand (these are popular rewards!) we temporarily ran out of stock. However, you’ll be glad to know that we’ve ordered more and your voucher should be on its way to you in the next couple of days.
We're sorry for the delay! If you have any queries please email us at postmaster@pigsback.com."
I'm still waiting, but I have not emailed Postmaster.
Edit: I have just realised that I have had an email from Lightspeed since my sign-up to them, but have not received the PiggyPoints for this, either. Nor have I received the points for my eBay sign-up and first bid.

I am still waiting for Ebay points and the piggy poker tournament points. I won a bet with Big brother for the winner last night. I wonder if I'll get those ! I did receive the 200 points for the lightspeed survey thoughThere is a forgotten, nay almost forbidden word which means more to me than any other. That word is England.
