Can you ask anyone whose account was cancelled to email
postmaster@pigsback.com to have their account reactivated please?

They should use the subject MSE - ACCOUNT CANCELLED and their MSE Forum
username. I'm not promising to reactivate everyone's, but those I think who
are genuine I will reactivate today.

Looking at the MSE forums, I'm a bit concerned and am trying to solve as
many issues as possible. It's obvious that Greasypalm are in there playing a
"boo Pigsback" game - which is fine, because we'll ultimately see who is
better, but the genuine concerns are an issue for me.

If you have any problem doing this or any further questions please let me
know.

That is good news. HOWEVER I am very miffed that my VOIDED vouchers have not come through, especially as a lot of other peoples have indeed come through.

For Pigsback to maintain my enthusiasm (and those of my friends/partner) I would suggest that Pigsback send all these voided takens out - as far as I am concerned they promised to send me 3 x £5 vouchers and have not done so. It is difficult to maintain trust under these circumstances. This may cost them some money, however

Whatever the rights and wrongs of using the Irish site etc Pigsback need to offer (at the very least) these vouchers "as a gesture of good will." I think the alternative risk is that they are close to losing a lot of people totally and this is spreading VERY QUICKLY around the net from what I have seen.

After speaking to them last week I think they are very keen on getting this issue sorted ASAP so looks like emailing them explaining individual situations is the way forward.

Why do you have to send them your MSE user name ,whats that got to do with their accounts?

I wouldnt be suprised. Dont trust the company any more as they were useless in their dealings and wouldnt admit it was their own technical incompetence that allowed people to use the loophole. Ive taken my business elsewhere
