My partner and I have an account each and one of the accounts received 100 points and the other one didnt ??? and both accounts have always followed each other on clicks................strange but true

Only some (all?) female members recieved the Ladies day sizzler by mistake so only those people got the 100 extra points

im a female member and didn't get 100 points or a Sizzler email. Maybe I have to be over 18 to get the Sizzler thing even though i signed up for it at the beginning.

got the sizzler mail, then got the 'why points have been removed mail .... then got the '100 points added for sizzler' mail :rolleyes:


If you guys want to see how many people run the C/S dept, check out the forums .... there are only 2 of them from what i read :eek:

Aah bless. Same for me - lost 500 points for using the Nokia link (and therefore £5 Love 2 Shop voucher order cancelled), but gained 100 for the mistaken Sizzler.
Ironically, I had actually signed up to the Nokia site, as I do have a Nokia phone, didn't just make up a 10-digit number.
But as someone else has said, can't be too miffed - what I have got is still free cash in kind , and nearly got enough now for a free CD WoW order (haven't spent a penny via the site yet, although I will next time I order from Amazon)
