My god they have closed my hubbys account cheeky beggars.
We both use same pc but he uses his own account and me mine.My god not even an email from them just closed it.They say one account per person so what has my hubby done for them to close it.

Looks like they are clamping down. Has anyone got there account closed that only has one per household? I wondered if they are logging IP addresses. That's the computers identity on internet, not always unique depending on internet provider, if it's static IP it never changes, if is dynamic you can share with several pc's all over the country.

Just checked my account and it seems to be ok so far ... but I do only had the one account, 1 address. Was gonna do it for OH but he wasn't around to ask, glad I didn't do it now :eek:

i think i have too, i've clicked on all links posted here. we only have one account, my husband hasn't signed up, just me. my account is still active so maybe it is the ip address they're going on ...

Ive signed up an account from work tho and thats also been banned So cant just be the IP address

I have received a number of £10 vouchers so far and none of my accounts has been suspended. I have however used slight variations in my address eg. Close & Cls, and 25a & 25b etc this will eliminate any way of checking my address.
