I also ordered vouchers in late July, got a £5 instead of a £10 one, but to be fair, they did refund my points and I wasn't asked to send back the £5 one. Reordered the £10 one, so hopefully it will arrive eventually!

i received a 10 pound voucher on saturday that was ordered on the 21st july, so hopefully everyone elses will turn up.

Just got a mousemat the other day - they're quite nice. One of the "proper" ones with a solid top rather than fabric. Didn't have to wait too long for it to arrive either

Not sure why I get conflicting information from Pigsback about the missing £10 voucher. First I get told to contact PO regarding missing item as if that does any good no other mail is delayed to me, so it is almost certainly lost or they haven't even posted it. I then get told that there is a delay due to backlog. And now today I get told to contact the PO about the missing item. If its missing its missing there is !!!!!! all I can do about it, and contacting Royal Mail about a missing item is futile. I know I worked for them for years.

I AM beginning to think they either don't want to pay or I suspect they ain't got any in. Even if its lost it will achieve nothing by contacting Royal Mail asking for a letter that can not be traceable and is treated like all the over 10 million other letters per day.

My mousemat wont work with my optical mouse for some reason, but it is a nice one.

I mailed them yesterday as my dh's voucher and 2 piggy banks hadn't arrived - ordered back in july they credit his account straight away, and I am just waiting til the end of the week to have enough to order 2 vouchers for him. This is the first time I have had a reply to my mails though, and I went straight to it - voucher not received, nothing outstanding at post office, have checked with neighbours!! they didn't quibble on it.
