Maybe there is a secret plan that we have yet to cotton onto??

Maybe, just maybe they are letting everyone get stressed out and over heating just so we need to get away for some stress relief and book through one of their affiliated sites such as the spa break or lastminute.com??

    :rotfl:

or spend points on stress pigs instead of vouchers! :D

Now its only 100 points and no money off for shopping at CDWOW will they still cancel my order if I use a voucher?

I rang CDWow this morning(using the non 0870 number of course) to ask this and the guy on the phone said it is ok to use a voucher using the pigsback link now as the link isn't knocking any money off now

I sent this comment to them:

I have noticed that a few people have had trouble with their vouchers either taking a long time or not turning up. Would it be possible to give the option to pay an extra 65 piggypoints to get the vouchers sent recorded delivery?

And they have replied with this:

The reason for the delay is due to an accumulation of issues, from Reward=having to be cancelled for members with multiple accounts, and who ordered with Points from offers that they did not participate in. Also Pigsback.com did not envisage such a demand for some vouchers as well.

Unfortunately this meant that the vouchers would not be delivered in the 14 working days as advertised, however we have fulfilled all orders for the vouchers in question, up until the 9th August. However some orders placed in late July were posted last week only.

Pigsback.com is very sorry for any delays however we are just about to grips with this backlog.

Post is collected daily from Pigsback.com so the instances of post not being received should be very low. The current delays are really the exception rather than the norm.

I appreciate your suggestion however and have forwarded this to the team. If it is necessary and feasible it is something we would consider.

Which is far enough. To be honest, it's for free, so why moan?:D

I received a reply to my email today about my vouchers not arriving

I'm sorry that your Reward didn't arrive, I have now put the Points back to your account and they will be visible tomorrow. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have further questions.

    Kind Regards,

Btw, just a notice to everybody that gives out the links:

Please give the links with a .com, as both sites store sessions, if you are logged in at .com and given a .co.uk link then you will have to login again on the .co.uk site

I got another email from them this evening, different email from thos one they claim that voucher was sent out of the 30th.

Due to the huge demand for these vouchers we have been experiencing delays in the delivery of some Rewards. However we are getting to grips with the backlog and you should receive any Rewards due, over the next few days.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Note sure what they mean by "you should receive any Rewards due", are they going to recredit the £10 voucher ie 1250 points or send me a voucher?

No they usually take 2-3 days, they never sent me an email for any of mine so make sure you check the 'Collect Rewards' section in 'My Piggybank' as thats where its issued, and no I dont think you get any vouchers back if you dont use it all. I had an order that I cancelled today and I thought they might not give me the voucher back but they gave me a fresh one instead, was refunded within an hour of cancellation

It would be fair enough if it were 100% accurate, but it's not. Both my partner and I ordered on the 25th July and I ordered another voucher a couple of days after that, yet our vouchers have not been sent out. I had an email today stating:

I am emailing you with regards to your Love 2 shop vouchers which you
ordered on 25/27th July. I am very sorry for the delay in sending these to
you. There has been a huge demand for these, and we have had to order more
stock. Unfortunatley there is a bit of a back log in sending these out and
we are processing them as fast as we can.

I am very sorry again, for this delay. Should you have any other queries,
please do not hesitate to contact me at the above email address.

As you can see, both my and my partner's vouchers weren't posted last week. They've yet to be posted, yet we both ordered at the end of July. The email you were sent states that all vouchers ordered up to August 9th have now been posted, included those ordered at the end of July. The email I was sent shows that not all orders at the end of July have been sent out yet. I really don't think there's any reason for pigsback to give out conflicting information. Why not explain what's happened?
