Shelves... preferably glass.

Any ideas on where to get some fairly wide shelves? big enough to fit an average sized DVD player on?

Should have the plasma on monday and want some shelves big enough to fit the dvd, ps2 and sky box so i don't have to have a table under where i want the plasma

a local glass merchant should cut you some glass to your spec and you can buy brackets from DIY store

picked some up from B&Q today, should have measured the DVD player cos it's wider than the shelf :( least it's an excuse to buy a new DVD

if you want, it needs a clean though cos sometimes it jumps and crashes. took it apart and hoovered it once.
    Not a bad unit either, P&B with 5.1, multi-region

I tried that but by the time they've cut and policsed it the costs are rising and THEN they have to send it away for tempering (safety glass essential for this sort of thing) the costs get absolutely astronomic - far more than a shop bought item.
