Orange charge question

Anyone help me please, need to know what Orange charge for you to call 0300 nos.?
I am a driving instructor and the tel no for booking tests etc is now 0300. I would like to know if it comes out my minutes or is a chargeable call?

    From Ofcom site
    Calls to 03 numbers will cost the same or less than calls to 01 and 02 prefixed numbers and will be included as part of any inclusive minutes or discount package.
    These rules will apply to calls from any type of line including mobile, BT, other fixed line or payphone.
