I claimed for items going back as far as 26th November, and ALL were refunded where reduced and they have confirmed payment of £18.06 is on it's way to me today :T :T

One email stated that I was only a few days over and they would give it to me anyway!

I'll certainly be doing this regularly - I already have an item being sent tomorrow that's gone down by £2, so I'll be claiming once it's been checked as OK

slightly off track but one of my items arrived 2 days late i complained via email next day £3 partial refund item already reduced by £21 to £9 got it for £6 so major bargain

i have already claimed price difference a couple of times previously (on a camera, and then on a couple of dvd's)

however does any one know, if you email for a refund once, ie if somthing drops by £5 after you bought it, and they refunded the £5 difference, if it then drops by another £2 within the 30 days can you ask them to refund the £2 as well, (ie if an item is origionally £20, then £15, then £13)

and also does any one think that i am being stingy by contemplating asking for £1 back for a cd that i ordered which arrived today, but has dropped in price by £1 since dispatch??
