Just got email back refunding £3.60, not a lot, but better in my pocket than theirs,

They can only say no if the rule dosen't apply at this stage.

Having recieved the MSE email AND watched the prog (sad??? I'm not questionning....) I emailed Amazon last night about a book reduced by £5.09. I received an email back at 9.30am this morning saying it will be refunded in 28days and to watch my bank account for it.

Yeha - MSE is fab!

Just submitted a request for one of my many Christmas orders. Does anyone know where the price guarantee is located on the site? I've tried looking for it. I'm trying to find out if it is 30 days from ordering or dispatch.

I actually ordered on 29/11 and dispatch was on 2/12/07, but I still claimed (tbh I didn't read the post properly:rolleyes: ), but I emailed yesterday, and the monies back in my account today.

I claimed for items going back as far as 26th November, and ALL were refunded where reduced and they have confirmed payment of £18.06 is on it's way to me today :T :T

One email stated that I was only a few days over and they would give it to me anyway!
