Virgin PAYG to CPW contract
Has anyone experience of moving an existing PAYG on virgin over to a contract with CPW on Virgin? I've been given a week of run around by both which finally resulted in my PAYG number being disconnected as I had exceeded my credit limit despite the fact it has in excess of £10 credit and had been set up to collect by DD. Case of right hand not knowing what left hand is doing...!
