I'd like an upgrgade on my current phone and contract. Paying £25 a month and only really using half of what's included!
They've offered me a new contract for 18 months for £20 a month including more than I've already got (?) but still want me to pay £100 for the phone I want...
Any tips on negotiating them down? Should I threaten to cancel the contract?
