I don't believe that the three contestants got their MEAF refund in under 5 minutes without either some preliminary set up before the programme or the banks were tipped off that it was going to be televised. In my experience 5 mins would be quite good just to get the phone answered, let alone find the right person to speak to and get satisfaction. Am I just unlucky?0
