    Mine has a funny symbol instead of the apostrophes!
    If you’re paying interest on last year’s card debts, it's urgent you apply for a new card to shift the debts to before your January statement. This is my totally new guide to best balance transfers, including the impact of the credit crunch, a detailed Q&A and a special ‘choosing your strategy’ section.

    :confused::confused:
  • Hey jo_b are these apostrophes everywhere? or do some show up properly and some don't? If it's only some is it within the template (ubove the tip title and below explanation of links or in the bulk content? What are you viewing the email in (browser and email provider)?

    Thanks for pointing this out.

    Some apostrophes are working okay. This is from the first paragraph:
    This week my new series It Pays To Watch starts. This is the show I’ve always wanted; lots of up to date MoneySaving, just like this e-mail. So for this week, I'm replacing the mutterings with a little plug for the show. Plus it's my hope that next week I can bring you news about It Pays to Watch More: a web-exclusive show that’s filmed afterwards. I hope you like it.

    There are also funny symbols on some text with £ signs but not all. Like this:
    Ryanair's selling 4 million seats from a range of UK airports to over 90 European destinations for £10 inc. taxes & charges.

    I'm using BT internet (BT Yahoo browser)
  • Great, could you possibly try something for me in your browser.

    In Internet Explorer or Firefox under the View menu at the top go to Encoding and select Unicode (UTF-8) and let me know if that fixes all the weird characters.

    Thanks.

    I can't seem to find encoding under the View menu! :confused::o
