spybot- search and destroy... any users ???

  • I dumped Spybot a while ago and it speeded up my L/top, also dumped adaware which had never came up with anything that others were picking up.

    another sybot user here. used it for yrs now with not a problem.
    also use adaware.
    you must use more than 1 prog to catch all problems. no one program ever made does the whole job. every prog has a flaw/s. some are just worse than others. a lot worse in some cases.

    spybot totally off now and no problem on speed and getting in to applications..

    only program that was running was spybot in the background... hence probs closing down the computer...... kept saying ie.internet explorer ending task yet it would never end

    searched on google and guess what loads of people with internet explorer issues using this program

    ran 2 different scans after deleting spyboot and nothing found.....
