freezing sprouts

Thanks for the link to the other thread and the new suggestions as well. Couldn't follow any of this up tonight, after I'd posted I went to check on DS2 who had put himself to bed and was running a high temperature and shivering. We've at last got him comfortable and he's asleep. I don't think we'll be going anywhere tomorrow - plenty of time to freeze sprouts then.:)

I got some ys sprouts, does anyone know of any recipes, like side dishes that I could make and them freeze instead of just freezing the sprouts?
