can i still buy a new xp laptop/pc

    My son bought a laptop over the weekend from Dell (Vostro), it was in the business section and he requested XP when configuring it from the drop down menus, no extra charge for it and it arrived yesterday despite them giving us an estimated delivery of 28th January.
  • XP is still available (I believe only on Dell machines) until 18 Jan and after that I'm not sure - probably dependant on what stock of licence stickers the shop has left.

    You can downgrade other machines but getting XP drivers for machines built for Vista is a pain in the %$&*!
