Hi,
I signed up for a e2save clearance (not pricematch) detail in the summer.

Immediately after the order I received my "IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Your Cheque Back Offer ID xxxxx" email which stated

"To gain the remainder of your line rental / cash back please send your 6th, 9th, 12th, 15th and 18th monthly bills within 30 days of the date stated on the relevant airtime bill,"

The address given was the DUNSTABLE one. Delivery was actually to Southampton.

My 1st bill was JULY 2007. That makes the 6th DECEMBER 2007. The email also pointed me to the appropriate vouchers which I enclosed. This was sent and was delivered within 30 days

I'm awaiting payment

I recently (accidentally) came across the e2save login portal which is showing my cashback schedule as somewhat different, with a completely different cashback address in crewe. Clearly those terms were not that which I signed up under. In fact the first cashback is listed as NOVEMBER since it is quoted as 180 days from connection - that is different to "6th bill"

My view is this is an error on their web site - they cannot change terms after I've taken out the contract -- and they haven't refused to pay yet, but not paid either (only been a week)

I'm trying to get an answer but any CS questions appear to be answered with a standard template about cashbacks.

Good luck! I suggest you do some reading on the many threads about variations of this.

Thanks! I'd seen more of the threads after posting. Still I'm pretty sure I'm within the T&Cs I signed up to, and past experience with CPW group has ended up positive (although on occasion I've had to escalate)

Stick to the t&cs you signed up to. Maybe those on the website are for newer contracts?? Anyhow, it doesn't matter what those on the website are for... stick to those that you have agreed.
